Deleting a Group Client's Access to Your Name, Email and Course Progress
When using SWS services, a user may choose to share their name, email address and course progress data with a Group Client. That data is used by the Group Client to help them offer, monitor and manage their campaigns at www.StudentWellnessSolutions.com. No other data is purposely shared with the Group Client.
You authorize a Group Client to access this data when you: (1) enroll in a course or create an account using a Group Code; or (2) enter a Group Code on your student profile page; or (3) access SWS content through an account / course enrollment that was initially created by a Group Client. When any of these circumstances occur, the Group Client identifier will be conspicuously listed on your individual student profile page.
A user may revoke this Group Client access to data at any time, by:
(1.) closing your account at www.StudentWellnessSolutions.com; or
(2) emailing us at advisor@studentwellnesssolutions.com.
Be sure to include the Group Client or Group Code that you wish to revoke access for. If you send us an email request, you will receive a confirmation within ten business days. In all cases, your action will be handled in accordance with our published Data Processor Privacy Policy and Practices.
Reviewing or Deleting All of Your Data With StudentWellnessSolutions.com
Student Wellness Solutions does not seek to use, sell or share any user data for any purpose beyond the legitimate business and administrative needs of our company. When a user creates their own free account, or purchases their own access to content on StudentWellnessSolutions.com, their full account data is governed solely by our Data Processor Privacy Policy and Practices. We do not allow Group Clients to access a users data unless the user actively consents to it.
You may view, delete or revoke access to any of your data, at anytime by:
(1.) closing your account at www.StudentWellnessSolutions.com; or
(2) emailing us at advisor@studentwellnesssolutions.com.
