We work with third party service providers that help us track, collect, and analyze this information, which may include your device’s IP address, your browser type, your operating system, date and time information, such as when you receive, open, or click a link in an email message from us, and other technical information about your device. We may also track certain information about the identity of the website you visited immediately before coming to our site.

Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
- Children’s Privacy
SWS online learning programs are not available to children under age 13. This does not prevent a parent-user or legal guardian, to share SWS content delivered as a Supervised Co-Viewing experience. In such cases, however, no data is obtained from the child.
Accordingly, SWS does not knowingly collect any personal information directly from children under age 13, and will dispose of any such information if we become aware that it has been provided to us. If you believe that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personal information to us in connection with our Website or Social Media Sites, please contact us at advisor@studentwellnesssolutions.com so that we may take steps to delete this information.
SWS does not desire to collect, maintain or distribute the personal identifying information of any user beyond what is required in order to deliver and maintain quality services to our individual and Group Clients. Whereas usage data is required in order to track student progress, maintain completion records and deliver progress reports to Group Clients, some personal data regarding the use of our services is collected, stored and shared as described in this policy. Individual customers and group customers are provided with options to limit, or eliminate, the use of personal identifying information on our sites and products. This information can be found on our website or requested via email to advisor@studentwellnesssolutions.com.
10.1 Co-Viewing and Minor Data Restrictions
Certain wellness modules on our platform may contain family-focused content designed for an adult user to stream, or view alongside their children ("Co-Viewing"). Additionally, certain wellness modules on our platform may contain age-appropriate educational content designed for an adult user or educator to view alongside an appropriate student audience as a “Co-Viewing” experience. In all such cases, SWS is providing its services to the adult viewer, who is subject to our sites Terms & Conditions, and no data is collected on the minor child.
- Users Outside of the United States
This Website is designed and targeted to U.S. audiences and is governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of the U.S. Our Terms & Conditions prohibit use of this website by those outside of the United States. We make no representation that the Website is operated in accordance with the laws or regulations of, or governed by, other nations.
SWS stores its information, including Personal Data as that term is defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and hosts its Website in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States or are using our Website from outside the United States, please be aware that your Personal Data will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The laws that apply to the use and protection of personal data in the United States or other countries or jurisdictions in which we transfer or process personal information may be different than the laws and protections in your country. By voluntarily providing us with your Personal Data and/or using our Website, you consent to the terms of this Policy and the collection, use, maintenance, transfer to and processing of your Personal Data in the United States. If you require further information about this you can request it from advisor@studentwellnesssolutions.com
- Special Considerations for Certain Users
12.1 COPPA Compliance Statement
Because our platform deters purchases by individuals under 18, and prohibits the collection of data from anyone under the age of 13, this service falls outside the scope of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe that a minor has created an account, please contact us at advisor@studentwellnesssolutions.com.
12.2 FERPA Compliance Statement
Student Wellness Solutions operates independently of any public or private K-12 school system, school district, or institutional educational agency.
- We do NOT permit any client to access, host, request, maintain or directly link student "education records" as defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), with any of our services.
- Any institutional (PTA, PTO, Community Organization, Public or Private School) partnerships are strictly commercial arrangements for community and adult education. Accountability metrics, account creation, user data and any reward or incentive programs are to remain optional non-academic benefits that must remain entirely separate from any institutional student databases or academic files.
- Data Safeguards For Group Clients / Program Sponsors
Group Clients, or organizations that sponsor free access for students, do so under strict contractual terms. We explicitly prohibit Group Clients from selling any information derived from our site, sharing it with external advertisers, or using it for any purpose outside of verifying student participation and administering SWS programs in compliance with our Terms & Conditions.
13.1 How Your Information is Shared with Group Clients
Individual customers who purchase their own access to SWS services do not share their data with Group Clients unless they choose to enter a Group Client code on their user profile or access our services through a Group Client license.
If your access to our platform is sponsored, funded, or provided via a group license purchased by a third-party organization—such as a Group Client (collectively, your "Program Sponsor")—we will share specific usage metrics with that organization to verify participation and facilitate program administration. Anytime a user enters a Group Code into their student profile, they will begin sharing their name, email address and course progress data with the Group Client that created the Group Code.
- Data We Disclose: We limit shared information strictly to your first and last name, your registered email address, and your course completion status (including progress percentages, module completions, and completion timestamps).
13.2 Purpose of Disclosure: This information is shared solely to enable the Program Sponsor to audit utilization, evaluate program success, and administer any non-academic incentives. We do not purposely sell this data, nor do we permit Group Clients to re-purpose it for external commercial marketing unrelated to their educational endeavors at StudentWellnessSolutions.com. If you believe that a Group Client has used data in a manner inconsistent with these terms, please notify us at advisor@studentwellnesssolutions.com.
13.3 Information Shared with Group Clients / Administrators:
If you access our Services through a Group License, corporate subscription, or institutional agreement purchased by an organization (such as your employer, school PTA, or other group, hereinafter referred to as the "Group Client"), certain information regarding your account activity will be accessible to the Group Client’s designated administrators.
Specifically, the Group Client may view:
- Identity Data: Your full name and the email address used to register under the group license.
- Performance Data: Your course progress, completion status, quiz/test scores, time spent on the platform, and certificates earned.
The Group Client utilizes this data for its own internal organizational and educational purposes, including verifying course completion and optimizing educational strategies. Group Clients agree not to sell or share any personal user data and are bound by our Terms & Conditions, Customer Agreement and Data Processing Agreement to treat the data responsibly.
If you believe that a Group Client has improperly accessed or used any user data generated by StudentWellnessSolutions.com, you are encouraged to notify us at advisor@studentwellnesssolutions.com.
13.4 Sponsored Group Client Accounts and Institutional Reporting
By enrolling in a course or registering for an account using a custom link, access code, or sponsorship token provided by a Group Client, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Consent to Share Progress: You grant Student Wellness Solutions explicit permission to disclose your account registration details (Name and Email) and your real-time course progress and completion milestones directly to the Group Client.
- Condition of Sponsored Access: You understand that this data sharing is a required condition for utilizing the free access subsidized by the Group Client. If you do not wish to have your name and course progress shared with your sponsoring Group Client, you must not use the sponsored registration link or Group Code, and instead purchase an independent, non-sponsored account. A user may revoke Group Access to their name, email and progress data by emailing us at advisor@studentwellnesssolutions.com.
